3. No Emergency Service

CREW IS NOT AN EMERGENCY SERVICE. CREW DOES NOT PROVIDE POLICE, AMBULANCE, MEDICAL, RESCUE, TRANSPORT, ROADSIDE, OR EMERGENCY RESPONSE SERVICES.
If you believe you are in immediate danger, need urgent medical help, or are dealing with an emergency, contact local emergency services first.
Crew support is not designed for real-time emergency response.

5. Platform Role
Plain English summary: Crew provides platform tools. User-created events are not automatically operated by Crew.
Crew provides tools for event discovery, event creation, registration, payments, messaging, notifications, reports, moderation, and support.
Unless Crew clearly says otherwise for a specific event or feature, Crew is not the organiser, venue operator, travel provider, transport provider, insurer, tax adviser, legal adviser, medical provider, or emergency service for user-created events.
Event organisers are responsible for the events they create or host, including event descriptions, local compliance, permissions, safety planning, delivery, cancellation handling, and any tax, invoice, licence, or reporting obligations that apply to them.
Participants are responsible for deciding whether an event, organiser, route, venue, vehicle, activity, payment, or interaction is suitable for them.
