Crew Community Guidelines
Last updated: June 20, 2026
Effective date: 2026-06-18 Last updated: 2026-06-20 Version: 1.1
1. Adult-only community
Crew is for adults. Users must be at least 18 years old. Do not create accounts, events, messages, media, or profiles for minors or use Crew to involve minors in adult event activity.
2. Respect and safety
Do not harass, threaten, abuse, discriminate, impersonate others, scam users, spam the platform, or create misleading or unsafe events. Treat participants, organizers, venues, staff, and third parties with respect.
3. Events and payments
Event information must be accurate, current, and not misleading. Do not publish illegal events, unsafe events, misleading listings, fake capacity, hidden fees, false routes, false organizer claims, or requests to pay outside Crew when Crew payments are required or available.
4. User content
Do not post illegal, hateful, abusive, sexually exploitative, fraudulent, private, misleading, unsafe, infringing, spam, malware, phishing, or impersonation content. Do not post content that you do not have the right to share.
Do not post content that exposes private addresses, identity documents, payment details, passwords, verification codes, private messages, or sensitive personal information without authorization.
5. Prohibited activity
Crew may prohibit events, content, messages, payments, or accounts involving illegal goods or services, sexual exploitation, trafficking, violence, terrorism or extremist activity, self-harm promotion, weapons misuse, dangerous challenges, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or activity that creates unacceptable safety, legal, or payment risk.
6. Reports and blocking
Users can report events, profiles, media, moments, messages, and other content from relevant menus where available. Users can also block other users where the feature is available.
Reports should include enough context for review, such as screenshots, event names, usernames, messages, payment references, dates, and why the content or behavior is unsafe, illegal, or against Crew policy.
7. Enforcement
Crew may remove content, restrict accounts, cancel events, limit payments or payouts, preserve records, refund payments, hold funds, or escalate issues where needed for safety, compliance, payment integrity, legal obligations, or platform integrity.
Enforcement may consider severity, user history, risk to others, legal requirements, payment-provider rules, app-store rules, and whether the issue can be corrected.
8. Appeals
If Crew restricts your account, content, event, payment, payout, or access to a feature, you may contact support@crew-app.com with relevant context and evidence. EU users may also use available digital-services complaint or appeal mechanisms where applicable.
9. Emergencies
Crew is not an emergency service. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services first.
10. Relationship to other policies
These Community Guidelines work together with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Safety Guide, Refund Policy, Organizer Terms, Cookie Policy, DSA Notice, purchase screens, event rules, and applicable law. The more specific rule applies where a specific payment, privacy, safety, app-store, or legal notice controls a topic.
